Seqomics Ltd. Animal Health Laboratory hereby notifies its Customers that abuses have been made with our results. In several cases it turned out that dogs were sold with falsified Interpretation Forms. If you have purchased a dog with our Interpretation Form and have doubts, we can provide information in return for the presentation of appropriate documents (sales contract, credentials of ownership).

Changes in payment and billing

Up to now there was a two-week deadline in payment from the receipt of the result. This system will change as follows:

Upon receipt the order, we will send an invoice with the transfer data and an ID number.

You will get the results only after successful bank transfer or payment.

Order forms filled out by hands result in a surcharge

Please download the softver from our website (www.seqomics.hu) and send us the printed order form with the blood sample.

Please allow updating the client program regularly. You can access changes and new genetic tests can only in this case.

For hand written order forms 2.00 EUR will be charged per dog.

SeqOmics Ltd. Animal Health Lab hereby informes customers about dog A-locus tests. Based on the recent literature we examine 4 alleles: Ay, aw, at, a.

These alleles are determined by 3 point mutations: c.244G>T (aʸ), c.248G>A (aʸ), c.286C>T (a) (Berryere et al. 2005) and a 239 bp insertion aka. SINE element (a^t) (Dreger et al. 2011).

We would like to pay attention particularly on the fact that results based on these data may differ from results of laboratories examining only the previously described 3 mutations.

If you are a member of a club that we have contraction with, please fill the regarding sections. The discount will be calculated automatically. The list of partners can be checked in the Our partners menu.

Please print the generated pdf file and the individual QR code, sign the form for each dog.
Take the order form to your vet, let it signed and stamped.

Please provide us blood samples in an EDTA-vial, to prevent coagulation.

Attach the order form to the sample, which you can take personally or send by mail (6782, Vállalkozók útja 7. Mórahalom, Hungary).

Further informations using the client program

Installation: If you do not change the installation parameters, the program is located within the folder Seqomics Kft created in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder. During the installation, you can create a shortcut on the desktop and in the Start menu.
How to use: Each dog has two data sheets: the dog's data and sample data.
You can add more dogs as one customer and you can delete existing dogs, samples.
The completed data sheet can be saved (Ctrl + S) and can be loaded again (Ctrl + O).
To create pdf file, please click OK or press Ctrl + M.
You can open previous pdf files using the menu or Ctrl + K.
Please allow updating the client program that was previously downloaded to your computer. Changes and new genetic tests can be accessed only in this case.

The Animal Health Laboratory of Seqomics Biotechnology Ltd. was founded in 2014. The purpose of the foundation was to diagnose and screen the hereditary genetic diseases of domestic animals, mainly dogs.

Our goal has not changed. Our main goal is to provide quality diagnostic service to veterinarians, dog breeders, dog owners, contributing to their successful healing and breeding work or just to preserve the health of their pets. We hope our work can help to establish clear breeding populations in Hungary and abroad.

Our comitted and animal-loving biologists are working on being up-to-date about genetic diseases and to meet the requirements of customers in Hungary and abroad. Currently, we have genetic tests for about 100 dog diseases. We are constantly expanding the list of genetic tests, based on individual requests also. We are working with the most advanced tools, using the latest literature, detect each mutation with the most reliable sequencing method.

In our highly equipped laboratory the blood samples are stored free of charge. In addition to the screening of hereditary diseases, we offer paternity tests, DNA profiles, and coat color determination.

We believe that success is shared between us as partners if we help with our knowledge and service to improve the healing and breeding work.

Quality assurance of the laboratory is in compliance with the EN/ISO/CEI 17025:2005 standard.
